In the therapeutic process, we can explore what is weighing on you and identify the steps that are right for you, at your own pace. I offer individual, couples and family psychotherapy, in the office or online.
Confidentiality. Presence. Respect.

Hello, welcome to my page
I am a licensed clinical psychologist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists and a psychotherapist under supervision in cognitive behavioural therapy and systemic family therapy. I am also a couples psychotherapist, trained in the Conscious Couple programme offered by Școala pentru Cuplu.
In my practice, I have the privilege of meeting people with diverse life stories and accompanying them through an important part of their lives. It is a setting where these stories receive the space and time they need to be spoken, understood and, perhaps for the first time, viewed from a different perspective. Sometimes, the things we have carried within us for a long time find their words only within a therapeutic relationship built on trust, patience, respect and compassion.
With every person, couple or family I work with, I aim to create a safe and authentic space where we can explore difficulties, resources and possibilities for change together — at a pace that feels right for each person.
Professional training and approach

My professional journey began at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, where I completed my undergraduate studies in psychology. I continued with the master’s programme Psychological Techniques for Behavioural Control and Human Potential Development, deepening my understanding of the cognitive, emotional and behavioural processes involved in human adaptation and development.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists. I completed a two-year foundational training in cognitive behavioural psychotherapy with the Romanian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies — APCCR — and I am currently approaching the end of my supervision period.
I have also completed a three-year foundational training in systemic family psychotherapy with the Multicultural Association of Psychology and Psychotherapy — AMPP — and am preparing to begin supervision. My work with couples is further supported by the Conscious Couple training offered by Școala pentru Cuplu.
My cognitive behavioural training helps me understand the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behaviours, as well as how certain patterns may contribute to the emergence or persistence of difficulties. During therapy, we can identify and understand these patterns, then explore more flexible responses that better fit your needs.
The systemic perspective brings each person’s relationships and life context into focus. Our experiences do not develop in isolation, but in connection with family, couple relationships, the professional environment and other significant relationships. From this perspective, difficulties can be understood through both a person’s inner world and the dynamics of the relationships and environment they are part of.
In my work, I integrate techniques I have studied from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy — ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy — EFT, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy — DBT, according to each person’s needs. These frameworks allow me to personalise the intervention while maintaining a clear direction aligned with the goals we establish together.
My professional development also includes studies in cognitive behavioural coaching, the use of psychological intervention programmes and tools such as PAXonline, Depreter and CogniKit, as well as international specialist courses.
A particular area of interest for me is the psychological impact of infertility and medically assisted reproduction procedures on couples. In this area, I completed the course Treating the Psychological Impact of Infertility, taught by Kristy Koser, PhD, LPCC, through the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine — NICABM.
For me, professional development is an ongoing process supported by training, supervision and the continual updating of my knowledge. I choose interventions in a personalised way, according to the difficulties, resources, goals and pace of the person, couple or family I work with.
My aim is for this integration of perspectives to help us understand not only the present difficulties, but also the context in which they emerged, the resources already available and the real possibilities for change.
How I can help
You do not need to have all the answers before you begin. Together, we can explore what you are experiencing and what you need at this moment.
Anxiety, panic, hypervigilance, social difficulty and the feeling that you must remain constantly alert.
Loss of motivation, low self-esteem, burnout and difficulty slowing down, resting or enjoying everyday life.
Conflict, emotional distance, communication difficulties, fear of closeness or commitment, and family-of-origin relationships.
Difficulty saying no, understanding and expressing your needs, or regulating intense emotions.
Childhood experiences and recurring relationship patterns that continue to shape the present.
A desire to know yourself better, clarify your values, discover your resources and build changes aligned with what truly matters to you.

From the first session to the therapeutic process
An individual psychotherapy session lasts 50 minutes. We usually begin by talking about your goals, what you need from therapy and some essential information from your life story, so that we can get to know one another. We also discuss the contractual terms, what a therapeutic process involves and any questions you may have, so that we can establish a shared working framework.
During the first session, we also decide together whether we can continue the therapeutic process and what frequency would suit you: weekly, every two weeks or on request, depending on your needs, preferences and circumstances. You may choose a fixed recurring time from those available, or we can schedule the next meeting at the end of each session. I want the process to remain flexible and suited to you.
